Micross AIT is utilizing their wafer level microfabrication capabilities to help create a portion of the microfluidic cartridge which is utilized in Spectradyne's particle analyzer. Spectradyne's technology is used by companies and research institutions that are working directly on Coronavirus research and the development of vaccines.
