The acquisition of Semi Dice is expected to further enhance the Micross value proposition to high-reliability customers by creating a market-leading distributor and service provider of bare die and wafer products. Semi Dice customers will now have direct, single-source access to the most comprehensive portfolio of end-to-end component modification, high-reliability packaging, testing, line card expansion, end of life management and other microelectronic services offered by Micross.
