2022 saw another year of expansion for Micross, with the additions of new Micross product lines, supplier partnerships, expanded leadership and operating facilities, a series of supply chain focused webinars for mitigating program disruptions, and the awards we’ve received for our exceptional supplier performance and capabilities.

New Suppliers for Space-Grade Electronics

ISOCOM Limited

March 2022 – Micross is proud to announce our new distribution partnership agreement to be the provider of ISOCOM Limited's expanding portfolio of radiation tolerant Optoelectronic and Power components for the United States and India.

Apogee Semiconductor

March 2022 – Micross & Apogee Semiconductor rad-hardened solutions offer a more cost-effective approach to achieving radiation and temperature requirements for extreme environments, from LEO to deep space, while also enabling SWaP optimization.

EPC Space

July 2022 – EPC Space produces revolutionary GaN devices that are smaller, lighter and better performing... meaning the devices have many times superior switching performance compared to silicon solutions.

Hi-Rel Diodes

May 2022 – Micross expands its Hi-Rel Products offering with the acquisition of the High-Reliability Discrete Diodes and Assemblies Business of Semtech Corporation, a leading global supplier of high performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, including Qualified Product List (QPL) and non-QPL diodes, rectifiers and transient voltage suppression products for aerospace, defense, medical and other high-reliability applications.

Data Bus Products

May 2022 – We're proud to announce the expansion of our Hi-Rel Products offering with the acquisition of PAAL Technologies. PAAL has established itself as a best-in-class supplier of MIL-STD-1553 Data Bus Couplers, Harness Assemblies and RF/Wideband transformers.

Expanded Leadership

New APAC Sales Director & Office

March 2022 – Micross is pleased to announce the appointment of Valli Murugappan to the position of Sales Director for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, operating from Singapore. In addition, we are also pleased to announce the opening of a new Micross Sales Office in Bangalore, India, led by Anand Panneer, that will provide customer success services, including Customer Service and Applications Engineering support.

Micross Components' Hi-Rel Products Division Expands Leadership with the Appointments of General Managers Michael Agic and Estro Viantonio

July 2022–  We're pleased to announce the expansion of our Hi-Rel Products Division with the appointments of Michael Agic to the position of General Manager of Micross Hi-Rel Components, and Estro Vitantonio to the position of General Manager of Micross Hi-Rel Diodes and Data Bus Couplers & Harness Assemblies.

3D InCites Device Manufacturer of the Year: Micross AIT

March 2022 – In a final vote of 3-2, Micross AIT pulled into the lead because of its broad range of 3D process capabilities and successful demonstrations of 3D-integrated IC stacks for IR focal plane arrays and silicon interposer for embedded computing modules. Micross AIT has been conducting research and development in 3D integration since 1999, building on decades of experience in the development of advanced microfabrication and packaging technologies.

April 2022 – We're proud to announce that Northrop Grumman has awarded Micross Silicon Turnkey Solutions with their 2021 World Class Team award, that recognizes suppliers for their outstanding performance in support of the company's cost, performance & supplier diversity objectives.
