Product Discontinuation Notice

Source Discontinued Texas Instrument Die & Wafer

TI is closing its Sherman, TX fabrication facility by the end of 2025 and has issued Product Discontinuance Notices (PDNs) for a range of wafer/die products. No Last Time Buy (LTB) date has been offered. Instead, TI has built a limited inventory based on historical usage patterns.

Micross will continue to support these discontinued products by managing remaining wafer and die inventory. However, due to limited availability and the absence of an official LTB, we strongly urge you to review your current and projected demand immediately.

To ensure continuity of supply—or to explore suitable alternatives—please submit a request as soon as possible. All inventory is first come, first served and subject to prior sale.
