Micross to Acquire the HiRel DC-DC Converter Business of Infineon Technologies AG

The addition of Infineon’s HiRel DC-DC converter business expands Micross’ power management solution offerings, including hybrid, custom board based power products, and proprietary IP for space, defense, aerospace, and other high reliability applications, as well as expands Micross’ geographic footprint in the US and Europe.

Micross Acquires KCB Solutions, Adding RF and Microwave Switches, Attenuators, Amplifiers, Multi-chip and Functional Modules to Product Portfolio

We are proud to announce the further expansion of our Hi-Rel Components product portfolio with the acquisition of KCB Solutions, a best-in-class supplier of highly-engineered, leaded and leadless, GaN/GaAs RF and microwave switches, attenuators, amplifiers, multi-chip and functional modules in both standard and custom form factors for the space, aerospace and strategic defense end markets.

New Accreditations 

Micross CMS, Round Rock, TX Operations Receives Nadcap Certification 

Micross has successfully completed the in-depth process requirements of a Nadcap audit on the BGA Re-balling and Robotic Hot Solder Dip (RHSD) processes at our Component Modification Center of Excellence in Round Rock, TX. All Micross Component Modification Services (CMS) facilities in the US and Europe are Nadcap certified, along with Micross’ Counterfeit Mitigation Services facility.
