We are excited to share the grand opening of our new state-of-the art flagship semiconductor and specialty electronics manufacturing facility in Central Florida, and the addition of several new space-grade STT-MRAM products. Micross started 2023 running with two acquisitions that expanded our Hi-Rel RF Solutions and Hi-Rel Power Solutions offering, the launch of new memory products for space, and the grand opening of our new flagship facility in Florida…and we’re not slowing down!

We are very excited to share with you how Micross is strengthening the electronics supply chain for the United States and our friends worldwide with the grand opening of our new 85,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art flagship semiconductor and specialty electronics manufacturing facility in Apopka, FL, on March 20, 2023. Attendees and speakers were provided tours of the new facility, and all were extremely impressed with scope and level of capabilities provided.

New Space Grade STT-MRAM Products

Micross Expands it's STT-MRAM Product Offering with 4Gb & 16Mb Densities, with Hermetic and QED (Level-2 PEM) Package Options.

Offering the highest density hi-rel memory, in the most compact & lowest power package, Micross’ Hermetic and QED Space-Grade Spin Torque Transfer MRAM device offers true random read/write access within the memory array, with the added benefit of being inherently resistant to magnetic flux mitigating the need for additional device shielding.
