Lot Qualifications

Lot Qualification also known as element evaluations or LAT testing are performed to ensure a specific wafer lot actually meets specified data limits. We can test to the manufacturers databook limits or to your specific requirements. Micross will test and record the results and supply you with the documentation.

Product can be processed through many flow routes to the current military standards including MIL Std PRF 38534 class H or class K and ESA/SCC.

In addition to the standard Lot Qualification we can also perform a SEM analysis, Radiation Testing, environmental testing and memory testing.
