Micross understand the Hi-Rel industry and their need for reliability. We are able to provide Palladium Silver terminations, a unique solution to hybrid manufacturers whose design requires a conductive epoxy attach. Tin plated nickel terminations are also available for those designs that require solder.

Military-Grade Components
Micross Components can offer wide range of Military Grade components including:
MIL (BX/BP Grade) – Tested to MIL PRF 55681. BX has voltage temperature limits in addition to the standard temp limits of the X7R. The BX dielectric is limited to a +- 15% max capacitance change from -55°C to 125°C, and to a +15% -25% maximum change with a working voltage applied.
IECC-CECC – These are a range of Hi-Rel MLCC suitable in critical or high reliability applications. 100% fully tested, they are available with C0G and X7R dielectrics and are released to the following ranges:
- Released in Accordance to IECC-CECC QC32100
- Qualified to the requirements of AEC-Q200
- Qualified to the requirements of ESCC 3009 European Space Specification
EIA – Available as Class II Stable High-Temp, these have a temperature range of –55°C to 200°C with a 0% ageing rate. Popular EIA caps are also offered in Thin-Profile design, suitable for height-sensitive applications.

Testing and Qualification
Standard Components can be tested to:
MIL PRF 55681 - General purpose military high specification for SM components.
MIL PRF-123 – This level provides increased reliability above that of the MIL-PRF 55681. Recommended for Space, Medical implantable and life support applications.
MIL PRF 38534 – Two classification levels for reliability available with this specification. Class H is for standard Military quality level and Class K is the highest reliability intended for Space application.
Micross work with our suppliers to offer our customers the most suitable component for their application and can therefore test in accordance to a customers SCD specification.

Space Level Capacitors are tested in accordance with ESCC 3009 and MIL-PRF-55681 Group A testing. For extreme heat applications, such as Oil Exploration and Automotive/Aeronautical engine circuitry, a range of surface mount devices in sizes 0402 to 7565 are available.
