Upscreening

Testing of finished standard commercial product to a higher temperature grade is an increasing requirement, particularly for COTS applications.

Micross Components have a thorough understanding of the issues relating to upscreening of plastic packaged devices, including:

• Temperature effects on packaging material
• Moisture effects
• Junction temperature and its effect on long term reliability

Devices may be upscreened according to the requirements of MIL-STD-883, PRF19500 JANTX, JANTXV or customer specification.
